The successful candidate will need to be immediately available and will need to have gained previous experience in a similar role in order to be able to hit the ground running and take on a range of different tasks. These responsibilities will include dealing with reconciliations, processing payments, handling invoices daily, organising meetings with both clients and suppliers, and ensuring processes are maintained to an excellent standard.

What you'll need:

  • Experience previously gained taking on similar responsibilities in order to have the necessary knowledge to confidently take on the varied tasks
  • Immediate availability in order to quickly be able to get stuck into the role
  • The ability to comfortably handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in order to meet the demands of the role
  • Strong communication skills to allow for seamless liaison between both internal and external stakeholders
