Description

Maintain financial records by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and conduct bank-related tasks.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with the relevant financial regulations.
Support the audit process by providing necessary information and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
Work closely with the team to meet accounting objectives and deadlines.

Profile

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

Part-Qualified ACCA or CIMA
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to present financial data.
