Group Accounts Assistant - Part-Time - Remote Working - 23-27Kpa (pro rata)
Key Duties:

Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

Setting up bank and credit card payments.

Collecting monthly direct debits and allocating payments.

Supplier statement reconciliations.

Processing and checking company expenses.

Preparing and entering journals into the system.

Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties
-
Supporting payroll and lettings team members, including monthly billing and setting up new tenants.

Taking care of administrative tasks, such as checking emails and opening the post ensuring they are dealt with promptly by the right person.
