This full-time, permanent position provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:• Processing incoming payments related to rents and service charges.• Managing outgoing payments and invoices to contractors and clients.• Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for clients and resolving queries.• Conducting credit control for rent and service charge arrears.• Issuing invoices to tenants and leaseholders.• Addressing accounting queries from leaseholders, tenants, and clients.• Preparing bank reconciliations for client accounts.• Performing administrative duties within the accounts department.• Collaborating with and reporting to other departments.Systems Used:• Re-leased• Barclays.net (banking system)• Epdq (for card payments)Candidate Requirements:• Proven accounting experience, preferably with knowledge of the property sector.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Strong communication skills, particularly when handling queries with clients and stakeholders.Why Join the Team?This company offers a supportive work environment that values collaboration and personal growth.
