RT Recruitment is working alongside a fast-growing accounting practice in Birmingham that's on the lookout for a driven and career-focused Trainee Accountant to join their supportive finance team.

The Opportunity:

This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone eager to begin a rewarding career in accounting. You’ll get hands-on exposure to real client work, build your technical skills, and receive full support towards your professional qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records

  • Assisting in the preparation of accounts and tax returns

  • Helping with month-end processes and reconciliations

  • Working alongside senior accountants and client managers

  • Using accounting software to manage financial data

Ideal Candidate:
  • A recent graduate in finance/accounting or someone with a strong interest in the field

  • Comfortable working with numbers and keen to develop new skills

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Any office or finance-related experience is a plus (but not essential)
