RM Recruit are pleased to be working with an excellent not-for-profit organisation based in Chelmsley Wood who are seeking a confident, well-experienced Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for approximately six weeks, with the potential for the contract to be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support the coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Perform data entry and ensure timely completion of reports.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible, reliable, and a team player.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check for this role.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
