Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the achievements department, effectively handling all queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process event bookings and issue badges and tickets to delegates before events and awards ceremonies
  • Support the awards assessment process by allocating assessment work, coordinating meetings, and collating award entries
  • Arrange the delivery of awards, merchandise and event supplies and maintain all resources and events
  • Attend events and award ceremonies, offering hands-on support alongside the Event Manager
  • Provide excellent administration support across the department, maintain accurate records, and ensure all data is held in line with GDPR

Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience, gained in a fast-paced and changeable environment
  • Strong administrator who demonstrates resilience and ability to adapt
  • Possesses GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office packages, with strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate clearly and professionally
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and targets
