Your new companyDue to the partnership between Hays and Birmingham City Council, we are looking to recruit a few administrators to join the Special Education Needs Department. Birmingham City Council provides the city's residents with a number of services to ensure stability within citizens' daily lives.Your new roleAs an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring queries from various stakeholders have been dealt with. You will also be required to update the case management system with accurate details of current caseloads. The job requires you to take part in the preparation of any documents and materials necessary for the advisory panel meetings. Due to the nature of the job, you will be in regular contact with local agents, schools and other stakeholders.What you'll need to succeedYou will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. It is also important to have high attention to detail for this job. Furthermore, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders, you will need to portray exceptional communication skills.In addition, this role will an ASAP start, where before starting you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. This is a three-month contract but may be open to extension.
