An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bids Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing marketing and business development team in the professional services sector. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in bids and tenders, providing essential operational and administrative support while developing the skills to progress into a bid project management role.
?? The Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the bid and tender process, ensuring proposals are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role involves tracking opportunities, managing documents, coordinating deadlines, and supporting bid submissions, with a view to growing into a more strategic bid management position over time.
?? Key Responsibilities:?? Provide operational and administrative support for bids and tenders?? Track and monitor tender portals for new opportunities?? Maintain bid templates, credentials, case studies, and other supporting materials?? Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading bid content?? Coordinate bid timelines, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines?? Work closely with senior bid professionals to develop winning proposals?? Support post-bid analysis and reporting
?? The Ideal Candidate:? Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within bids, marketing, or business development? Strong organisation and attention to detail? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure? Ambitious and eager to grow into a project management role within bids and tenders
