An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Divisions Administrator to join a leading organisation within a Membership body. This role is critical in supporting various executive committees and working groups, as well as providing administrative support for divisional activities across England. You will work closely with Committee Managers and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and communications. The Key Responsibilities of the Divisions Administrator are to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Divisions' Committee Managers and Executive Committees, including preparing agendas, minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Assist the Deputy Head of International and Devolved Nations with tasks related to England-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Manage recruitment processes for Regional Advisors and other speciality representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, including the organisation's central database, filing systems, and office stationery.
  • The role involves occasional travel across England, including overnight stays. The Divisions Administrator will need to have:
  • Strong previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Experience with database management, electronic filing systems, and delivering high-quality customer service.
