Are you an experienced administrator from financial services looking for a new challenge in a great firm?

An impressive specialist boutique wealth managers are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their financial planning team in their Birmingham offices. This is a permanent role, paying £30,000-£32,000+ bonus!

This is an immensely involved role, where you will be assisting two of the Management team, as well as providing efficient relevant client administration.

This will include collating information, reaching out to partner organisations for all documentation, updating the in-house system and compiling reports such as valuations and illustrations. You will be part of busy and proactive team, all with their own personalities so working with them to create the bespoke reports for each client will be key!

You will also be managing all routine administration of client accounts, updating databases, sending out mailings, as well as maintaining all filing systems. Additionally, you will be the first point of call, answering any client enquiries via phone and email.

There is great opportunities for personal development and long-term support towards qualifications if this was of interest.

The ideal candidate must have experience of working in an administrative role within financial services and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages; such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience in a fast-paced, busy environment is essential. You must be pro-active and use initiative to think ahead and take responsibility for tasks across the office. You must be flexible, professional, and hold a willingness to part of a busy team!
