Katie Bard are currently looking for a hard-working graduate-or-equivalent to join their team! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will provide support to all areas of the business within this varied role, learning key skills to progress into a trainee recruitment position.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being the first port-of-call; meeting and greeting any visitors to the office, showing them where to go and providing refreshment
  • Arranging meeting rooms and the reception area, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Diary coordination and meeting management
  • Aiding in the organisation of marketing, social media and events - both internal and external
  • Providing overall support to the office space
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required

Upon completion of the competencies within this position there will be the opportunity to progress into a Trainee Consultant role, so candidates must be interested in pursuing a career within Recruitment.
