We are a residential college occupying a former Cadbury family home, set in six acres of beautiful grounds in Selly Oak, Birmingham. We were originally founded to provide educational opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged and excluded members of society. We are looking to appoint a Health & Wellbeing Tutor. The post holder will be required to plan and deliver the colleges Health, Well-being and Personal Social Development provision across a range of levels. As a member of the Education Team, youll undertake a teaching commitment from level RARPA courses through to Level 3 Access to Health. Youll contribute to the development of our curriculum and will collaborate with staff across the college to ensure an excellent learner experience from initial assessment through to progression.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of teaching Health, Wellbeing and Personal & Social Development and a Level 4 recognised teaching qualification (or the ability and willingness to gain one within a period of 2 years from appointment). Were looking for someone who holds a Level 4 qualification in a relevant area (or whos gained equivalent professional experience in Health, Wellbeing and Personal and Social Development).

The right person will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks, who is self-managed with a strong work ethic, who has a positive outlook and a can do attitude and is a completer / finisher.
