Sonic Summary

Jira Xpertise is seeking a Jira Administrator/Specialist for an immediate start on a 6-month contract.
Candidates must have proven experience with Jira, including audits, workflows, dashboards, and configurations.
A strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and experience in creating process frameworks within Jira is required.
Applicants should have experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as proven API integration experience.
The role is hybrid based in London and is outside of IR35, with a competitive salary offered.

Jira Administrator/Specialist - Jira, ServiceNow

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Jira Administrator/Specialists for an immediate start on an initial 6-month contract.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience/expertise with Jira
Proven experience of Jira audits including workflows, dashboards, configurations etc.
Proven experience of security, SSO, licensing and access control within Jira
A strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
Proven experience creating process frameworks within Jira
Proven experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven API integration experience

Role is hybrid - London - outside IR35
