Reed Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious firm to find a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Senior Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading organisation.

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Full time, permanent – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Partner.
  • Manage and organise the Senior Partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between the Senior Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the team’s support staff, including managing holidays, absences, appraisals, coaching, and performance-related issues.
  • Assist with special projects and company-based event planning.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Manage case files effectively, including opening, closing, storage, and retrieval, while ensuring compliance with all files.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
