Hybrid or remote role giving you the opportunity to work from home, any of the company's UK offices, or a combination of the two.---The RoleThe primary purpose of this QA Administration Assistant role is to ensure File Reviews are completed on behalf of the Court of Protection team. You'll support the Quality Assurance Lead in delivering business improvement projects and monitoring compliance with existing processes to keep risk and negligence to a minimum. Tasks will include…- Identifying errors and discrepancies in valuation reports- Analysing and interpret MI data for risks and compliance issues, distribute to the CoP team- Completing file reviews across multiple criteria on both Deputyship and Professional Trust files- Alongside the Quality Assurance Lead help define and improve the current financial, operational, and accounting processes to drive better working practices, ensure robust controls, and minimise risk- Undertake regular reviews of operating processes and systems to ensure high level of service and technical proficiency is maintained within the department---The CandidateThe role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual with an eye for detail looking for an opportunity to play an important role within a fast-paced corporate environment, helping clients receive an exceptional service.
