Hays Administrator

Hays, the global leading recruitment company currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support our flag ship Birmingham office in the city centre.

The role is critical to the on-going success of the business; therefore, this role requires a committed and focused individual. You will thrive on working in a fast paced and demanding environment. Your main responsibilities will be supporting consultants with the preparation of candidate CV's, scheduling and writing reports and checking candidate's documents on a day-to-day basis.

A large part of your role will involve assisting with outstanding compliance for a variety of our recruitment industries, including Education and Technology and Construction & Property. Other duties for this job will be running activity reports for management daily and you need to be able to do general ad-hoc duties when needed.

This role will suit an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build professional working relationships with a wide variety of people. It is essential that you are customer focused with a positive and can-do attitude. This is a busy and demanding role therefore it is essential that you have the ability to prioritise a changing workload. Excellent IT knowledge in both Word & Excel is essential. Full training will be provided for this role.
