Arden Education are working with a Trust in Wolverhampton who are looking for an experienced School Governance Professional who is well organised and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
About the role
The post holder will work directly with the CEO, Central Leadership Team (CLT) and support the Chair and Board of Trustees. The Governance Professional is responsible for overseeing all aspects of governance effectiveness and compliance within the Trust, ensuring governance adheres to good practice and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.

About The Trust:
This is an educational Trust, whose ambition is to provide excellent provision for their pupils, through the Quality of Education and personal development.
There are 2 schools within the Trust and you will be based mainly at the Wolverhampton site 3 days a week.
This position is to start after May half term and is a permanent post.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with school boards to develop and implement governance policies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and engagement.
Provide guidance on best practices in school governance and compliance.
Assist in training and supporting school leaders in effective governance strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance practices within the school.

Salary
28k - 32k pro rata plus 2 weeks
3 days a week
