School Reprographics Assistant Based in Handsworth, Birmingham£13.50phYour new companyA Secondary School in North Birmingham is looking for a School Reprographics Assistant. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm and will be a long term temporary opportunity to start as soon as possible. Your new roleThe role will be to support a busy school office and duties will include:
- Undertake all reprographics duties and photocopying a high volume of documents
- Producing education resources for teaching staff, as and when required.
- Ensure the Reprographics Area is kept in good order and to report any maintenance to be carried immediately.
- Produce lists/information/data as required.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
