School Trust Administrator Based in Aston, Birmingham £13.50phYour new companyA School Trust based on a school premises is looking for an Administrator to work in its busy trust office directly with multiple Primary and Secondary School's under its banner. This role is long term cover, and will be working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm and to start as soon as possible.Your new roleThe role will be providing administration support to the busy academy office. This will entail dealing with all incoming queries from various schools and external agencies, signing in visitors, managing the room booking diary and typing up letters, as well as general administration duties. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
