Temporary Administrator required in Garrett's Green, B33. We are seeking a reliable Temporary Administrator to start immediatley with our client based in the Garrett's Green area. This role will be temporary for a minimum of 1-2 weeks however, this could be extended. Duties:
- Assisting with the compilation of customer and branch statistics
- Answering telephone calls and creating job instructions on the order system
- Processing completed work orders
- Updating customer portals
- Checking that all written orders received have been created on the order system
- Identifying chargeable items from work carried out
- Ensuring customer price brands are maintained
- Reporting all problems, complaints and faults to the Operations Manager
- Providing administration support to the Operations Manager, typing up reports and taking minuets
- Filing and achieving documents and ensuring the filing system is up to date
- Assisting with the input of secondary jobs passed from the control desk
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the branch
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient using all MS applications including Excel.
- Strong administration background is essential
- Good telephone manner
- Must be reliable
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hours unpaid lunch break) This role is a a temporary role. Immediate interviews and start dates available.
