SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Birmingham (B4) who are looking for an Executive Assistant for the Leadership team
£30,000 - £40,000
Hybrid

Role:
To provide high level support, to include:
Daily inbox and diary management, ensuring appropriate actions taken, and that Directors' time is used as effectively as possible
Organisation of internal/ external meetings on behalf of the Directors', ensuring meeting attendance noted, and relevant papers diarised and circulated
To work closely with the Director's, dealing with confidential information in a sensitive and discreet manner
Production of itineraries/ correspondence/ presentations to a high level of accuracy
Arranging travel and accommodation in line with company guidelines
Processing of Directors' expenses, and liaising with the Finance Team and Directors' direct reports for submission/approval of all expenses within a timely manner
Co-ordinate management of the Directors' wider teams, including holiday requests, monitoring absence etc
Raising of purchase orders where applicable, following company guidelines
Working with the PMO and Events teams on relevant company projects
Management of contacts and data
To work closely with the PA's to the Chief Executive and other LT members, co-ordinating diaries and ensuring that duplication of attendance at events is avoided where possible
To deputise for the other PA's when required, taking calls and managing the diaries and other requirements
To demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach at all times
Any other duties deemed commensurate with the role Able to identify and implement ways of continuously improving existing ways of working

Must have previous PA / EX expereince and strong diary management skills
