Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a high end, luxury retail brand to recruit for a Paid Media Specialist on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role:

In the role you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to acquire and grow revenue from new and existing clients to support the company's eCommerce and retail targets. As a Paid Media Specialist within this business you will lead acquisition efforts across paid channels. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of paid media across all channels, with a particular emphasis on paid social. Managing campaigns to an agreed budget and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and support the wider business.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance and continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
  • Create an ongoing testing strategy that allows for iterative improvement to identify the most effective ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, including our in-house design studio, to create aligned client communications across all channels to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Generate detailed performance reports for key stakeholders, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure correct tracking is in place, and take responsibility for maintaining GTM.
  • Manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the paid media landscape.

Candidate criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in biddable-based media buying: Paid Social, PPC, Display.
  • Experience managing substantial advertising budgets and optimising spend to achieve strategic objectives
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Meta marketing platforms and related technologies.
  • Strong Excel skills and a results-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • An excellent understanding of digital data analysis and a passion for GA4.
  • Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with paid media.
  • A deep understanding of all things digital, driven by a personal ambition for how digital can change the way companies do business.
  • A flexible attitude to work and highly organised - this role will involve managing multiple projects at once
