About Us: A leading Digital Marketing agency in Birmingham, working with a range of diverse clients. Looking for a Social Media Executive to join their growing team and support their expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Plan and execute engaging and creative organic content tailored to each platform.
  • Design and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and ROI.
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and the achievement of business goals.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. (1+ years)
  • Agency experience desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Meta & LinkedIn Ads experience
  • Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
