Architectural Technologist required to join an award winning Architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre. Based in an open, welcoming office, you will be joining the practice as an Architectural Technologist working on a variety of exciting projects and sectors.
The practice have been established for near on 15 years, in which time they have established themselves as a key practice in Birmingham. Core sectors worked within include Residential, Education, Commercial and Sports & Leisure projects, offering the Architectural Technologist applying for this position the opportunity to work within a wide array of sectors.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be tasked with providing technical support to the project team including technical design, CAD and graphics. You will also be holding client meetings, attending site visits, undertaking technical research and issuing and receiving drawings.
This position would be suitable to candidates that hold a HNC/HND in a construction related subject or a degree in Architectural Technology or similar. An Architectural Technologist with at least 3 years of industry experience would also be highly beneficial when applying for this position. The practice utilise AutoCAD & Revit throughout, so prior experience of using these software packages would be essential for this position.
You will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, likely to be in the region of 34,000-42,000 per annum dependant on experience.
