Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to finish
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to technical delivery and completion
Prepare detailed design drawings and construction documentation using Revit
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes of practice
Mentor and support junior architects and designers
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or technical issues
