The position of an Urban Design
- Develop and deliver innovative urban design concepts and masterplans.
- Create high-quality drawings, 3D models, and engaging presentations.
- Work closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and best practices.
What We're Looking as an Urban Designer
- A degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related discipline (a postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in urban design and masterplanning.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling tools (e.g., SketchUp or Revit).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for sustainable and inclusive urban development.
