Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager with experience in Commercial Property (Landlord & Tenant) for a rolling contract with the UK Government until March 2025, with the possibility of extension.
The role offers hybrid working in Birmingham or London, requiring one day a week in one of the locations.
Candidates should have public sector experience in commercial property, an understanding of Intra Government Occupancy Agreements, and strong stakeholder management skills.
While MRICS certification is desirable, it is not mandatory for this position.
