Were dedicated to providing some of the highest quality care and support to older people across England and Wales

Purpose of Position
* Championing our asset management system and constantly looking for ways to improve our processes.
* To liaise closely with relevant Heads in the development of the clients portfolio
* Leading on collection and interpretation of stock condition data to best inform strategic asset management.
* Develop cyclical, capital and planned maintenance programmes to maximise available resources in maintaining the stock in consultation with all stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain a 30 Year Asset Plan including 5-year programmes that inform the annual budget setting process.
* Develop and maintain an asbestos register for all properties and produce yearly re-inspection programme.
* Lead in the standardisation of materials to achieve demonstrable value for money and improved performance.
* Implement the Estate's procurement strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders.

The candidate : Experience

* HA sector and Care sector would be desirable
* Experience of managing a team of property professionals
* Developing and maintaining asset investment plans
* Experience of producing life cycle costings for asset components
* Experience of implementing Health and Safety legislation relevant to construction works
* Experience of managing a comprehensive asset list.
