Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager with Commercial Property experience for a contract role with the UK Government until March 2025, with potential for extension.
The position offers hybrid working in either Birmingham or London, requiring one day a week on-site.
Candidates should have public sector experience in Commercial Property, specifically in Landlord & Tenant matters, and knowledge of Intra Government Occupancy Agreements.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, and MRICS certification is a plus.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are currently recruiting for Assistant Asset Manager with experience in Commercial Property Experience (Landlord & Tennant) to join a rolling contract (end of March 2025 + possibility of ext) with the UK Gov, hybrid working in Birmingham or London

Role requires 1 day / week in one of the locations
