We are currently recruiting for Assistant Asset Manager with experience in Commercial Property Experience (Landlord & Tennant) to join a rolling contract (end of March 2025 + possibility of ext) with the UK Gov, hybrid working in Birmingham or London

Role requires 1 day / week in one of the locations

Essential Skills:

  • Public Sector Experience on Commercial Property(Landlord & Tennant)

  • Understanding of Intra Government Occupancy Agreements

  • Stakeholder Management Skills

  • MRICS good to have
