Our client are recruiting for a role of Head of Assets and Compliance.
Our client is a charitable social housing provider based in Birmingham but covering all of the Midlands.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Property this role will be responsible for developing and implementing the Asset Management Strategy and overseeing the delivery of cost effective strategies to manage the assets and ensure the safety of a property portfolio.
This exciting opportunity will lead on delivering the organisations investment and compliance programmes ensuring it meets its legislative and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in the production and delivery of asset management strategies.
Experience of preparing and delivering executive level reports relating to asset management.
Experience of managing significant budgets and developed long term financial forecasts.
Experience and knowledge of building and safety legislation.
