-Strategic, quality, performance and financial responsibility for all 8 schools
Essential Criteria:
-Needs to be hands on at the start ready to help transform the schools operationally
-PGCE and QTS
-Experince working within leadership within independent schools
-Experince managing multiple sites
Package:
-Up to £95,000 basic salary
-Car allowance as above £3,600+ milage and hotels
-Bonus scheme
-Private Health care
-Enhanced pension contributions to our normal pension scheme
