We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our clients team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings effectively.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully in various situations.
- A background in customer service is advantageous, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in IT tools relevant to sales processes is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to ensure productivity and efficiency in achieving goals.
Uncapped Commission:
0 - 500k @ 2.5%
500k - 750k @ 2.75%
750k - 1m @ 3%
1m+ @ 3.25%
