About the Role:Our client, a leading organisation in the Midlands, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Industrial Relations to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead efforts in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating complex union negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:As the Head of Industrial Relations, you will be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including union representatives, employees, and management teams.
  • Challenging Conversations: Handling difficult conversations with tact and professionalism, ensuring that all parties feel heard and respected.
  • Union Experience: Utilising your extensive experience in union negotiations to effectively manage and resolve disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance industrial relations and promote a positive working environment.
