Temp to Perm workCFC Inventory ManagerPay rate: £17,75 p/h - Temp to PermHours of work are: 0800 - 1700The CFC Inventory Manager will be required to optimise warehouse space, to support the CFC growth agenda and successful onboarding within a multi-user site, to maintain accurate inventory levels across a multi-client fulfilment centre. Completing daily / weekly PI and stock counts by customer, producing detailed inventory MI to senior management and its customers. A proficient user of WMS and Microsoft office to provide meaningful data. To deliver a cost effective and high-quality service to our customers, responsible for the management of stock integrity and stock processes on site.Key Responsibilities of the successful CFC Inventory Manager:Day to day management of the inventory function for all customers.Devise and implement Inventory KPI targets.Maintain stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements.Interrogation and approval of departmental spreadsheets / reports as required to ensure the integrity of inventory KPI dataSupport onsite Management teamAttend Management huddlesAbility to use trend analysis to identify issues and areas of potential lossEncouraging staff participation in process improvementConduct regular reviews of training plansAttend departmental, contractual and site meetings as required.Develop strong relationships with internal and external customersOperate and interrogate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Undertake special projects, provide statistics, and reports as required.Comply with all Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace.Undertake any other duties that may be assigned.Key experience of the successful CFC Inventory Manager:SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential.Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft packages, SAP WMS, and Power BI.Experience in liaising with customers and problem-solving.Strong ability to analyse data and identify solutions.Interested to know more?
