Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter for a well-established housing association in south Birmingham.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant social housing experience and the ability to complete tasks such as plastering, tiling, plumbing, and carpentry.
Candidates must have their own van and will need to complete a basic DBS check.
The position offers a pay rate of £23-24 per hour on a self-employed payment basis, with weekly payments available.

We are currently looking for a experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to complete work for a well established housing association in south Birmingham .This position is working in the social housing sector and would require your own van.

As the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter you will be responsible for:

Full plastering of the properties
Completing jobs to high standards
Caprentry
Tiling
Plumbing

The successful Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will;

Have relevant social housing experience.
Be competent in plastering,tiling, plumbing and carpentry
Have to complete a basic DBS

Some benefits the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will receive:
