We are excited to be exclusively partnering with an esteemed manufacturing organisation, as they look to recruit for a new Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance team.

Accounts Administrator
Duration: Permanent
Location: Birmingham
Working model: Full time on site
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cash reconciliation
- Assisting with credit control
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and credits
- Processing new sales ledger accounts
- Reconciliation of suppliers statement
- Assisting with customer telephone enquiries and processing payments
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- Experience of balancing daily cash /card transactions
- Good telephone manner
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- IT skills: to include Excel, Outlook, Â and V-look up
- Able to prioritise a busy and varied work load
- The ability to work as part of a team
