Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Cash reconciliation
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices and credits
  • Processing new sales ledger accounts
  • Reconciliation of suppliers statement
  • Assisting with customer telephone enquiries and processing payments
  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • Experience of balancing daily cash /card transactions
  • Good telephone manner
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • IT skills: to include Excel, Outlook,  and V-look up
  • Able to prioritise a busy and varied work load
  • The ability to work as part of a team
