Accounts Payable Clerk

Overview:

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an outgoing individual with some financial experience to work as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This position will be working within a finance department of a growing manufacturing business based in the Dudley area. This position is office based and you would be working within a really positive and inclusive working environment.

This position requires someone who would be immediately available and keen to join an ambitious, growing company on an interim basis with the exciting prospect of becoming permanent. It is a great opportunity for an individual that is looking to further expand their existing skills and knowledge within the area of Accounts payable. Skills Required:

• Experience in handling and processing invoices as well as completing monthly payment runs in order to collect payments in a timely manner to meet tight deadlines is desirable but not essential.
• Competent in conducting supplier reconciliations and handling multiple suppliers.
• Sociable nature and confident in communicating in order to negotiate best terms for efficiency and success of the business.
• Excellent time management and organisational capabilities needed to efficiently deal with multiple client's accounts.
