Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role has a wide range of duties making every day on the job different. Main duties will include but aren't limited to processing invoices, setting up new supplier accounts, assisting with monthly audits and payment runs, liaising with other departments and contributing to financial projects. What you will need:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable clerk role or similar position is essential. Whilst not a requirement it's advantageous if you have experience working within professional services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Package including Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic to align with the team.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and excel at self-managing own workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
