The successful candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is keen to strengthen their career prospects, whilst developing their skills and knowledge in this Accounts Payable role. The tasks you will be involved in will include organising and processing invoices, managing reconciliations, handling suppliers and maintaining relationships with a highly varied client base and gaining exposure to queries.
What you'll need:
- Immediate availability is needed, with any experience already gained highly valued, but not necessary
- Confidence and an outgoing personality as you will need to be comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management and organisation skills with an eagerness to learn, as you will be taking on a range of tasks and responsibilities and will be expected to successfully meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge and use of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel
