A forward thinking international law firm is hiring a Billing Administration Assistant to join their Birmingham City Centre office!

This is a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home), full time, permanent position offering 35 hours per week for 27k a year!

This role would support the internal groups, secretarial team, fee-earners, partners to ensure accurate client account billing.

The key responsibilities would include:

  • Checking and ensuring fees are accurate and relevant disbursements have been made
  • Referring to client billing guides to ensure client requirements are met
  • All time entries are checked and amended when necessary
  • Preparing billing review documentation
  • Acting as a first point of contract for client queries
  • Checking timesheets
  • Supporting the wider billing team to manage workflows
  • Efficient use of workflow trackers

You will need to have strong IT skills and efficient skills in Microsoft Office programmes, You will have previous experience in a billing role or similar.

You will need strong attention to detail, an ability to prioritise and act on your own initiative, an ability to work and integrate into a team and be confident!
