In this role you will be responsible for the day to day tasks of team, assisting with target setting and ensuring everything is delivered in a timely manner. Alongside this, you will be responsible for processing invoices and queries but maintaining the ability to solve difficult queries as a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to prioritise different workloads.
Skills required
- Experience within an Accounts Payable position, where you have processed a high volume of invoices, and dealt with large volume of queries.
- Fantastic communication skills, including communication over emails and phone calls, ensuring you can build long lasting supplier relationships.
- Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Great ability to adapt and overcome issues that may arise, including solving in-house and external queries.
