Job Title: Cleaner (Housing Association)

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM for a 1 month contract

Pay: £12.05 per hour

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join their housing association in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the residential properties and communal areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning communal areas, including hallways, staircases, and shared facilities.
• Performing regular cleaning of properties to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management.
• Using cleaning products safely and effectively to meet cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

• Must have an up-to-date DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
• A full, valid UK driving license is essential.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required—full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills and a proactive approach to work.
