Location: BirminghamContract: 3 monthsHays is currently collaborating with a local council to recruit a Risk Facilitator Support Officer on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Project Management / Business Analyst or Change Programmes and be eager to get hands-on.Key Responsibilities:1. Organisational Capability Development:
- Facilitate Risk Management training and workshops.
- Maintain, interrogate, and update Risk Management and other associated platforms and systems.
- Produce and circulate reports, presentations, and other materials to enhance the understanding and oversight of the organisational risk profile.
- Improve organisational risk maturity and sophistication.
2. Support and Communication:
- Regularly contact and support senior leaders and risk delegates/champions across the organisation.
- Assist in the completion and updating of risk management documentation and systems.
- Act as a champion for an improved risk culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Project Management or Change Programmes.
- Proactive and willing to engage in hands-on tasks.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
