Location: BirminghamContract: 3 monthsHays is currently collaborating with a local council to recruit a Risk Facilitator Support Officer on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Project Management / Business Analyst or Change Programmes and be eager to get hands-on.Key Responsibilities:1. Organisational Capability Development:

  • Facilitate Risk Management training and workshops.
  • Maintain, interrogate, and update Risk Management and other associated platforms and systems.
  • Produce and circulate reports, presentations, and other materials to enhance the understanding and oversight of the organisational risk profile.
  • Improve organisational risk maturity and sophistication.

2. Support and Communication:

  • Regularly contact and support senior leaders and risk delegates/champions across the organisation.
  • Assist in the completion and updating of risk management documentation and systems.
  • Act as a champion for an improved risk culture.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Project Management or Change Programmes.
  • Proactive and willing to engage in hands-on tasks.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
