Job Title: Business Assistant / Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 35,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Assistant/Administrator to join a dynamic team in the social housing sector. In this role, you will assist the Director and Managers with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Managers, assisting with day-to-day operations
- Take detailed notes during meetings and assist with preparing reports and documentation
- Support the delivery of architectural services by managing related administrative duties
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage general business administration tasks, including document filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction administration or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to take accurate meeting notes and assist with business reporting
- Experience working with subcontractors and architectural teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
