We’re seeking a Paraplanning Manager to drive success within a prestigious Financial Planning company, managing a team that supports Wealth Planners who work with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

Salary up to £60,000 and hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 from home.

Your Role at a Glance

As Paraplanning Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in:

  • Building and developing a high-performing team: Recruit, manage, train, and mentor Paraplanners to support IFA's across the business.
  • Enhancing processes and standards: Ensure high-quality, timely report writing and adherence to compliance procedures.
  • Nurturing talent: Mentor and develop aspiring Paraplanners from a talent pipeline and subs bench.
  • Driving innovation: Identify and implement cutting-edge tools and processes, including AI, to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supporting strategic goals: Work closely with the Managing Director to contribute to regional and practice-wide initiatives.
  • Owning risk management: Act as a Paraplanning risk champion and oversee the RCSA process.
