Job Role: Business Development Executive

Salary: 28,000 - 31,000 per annum depending on experience plus 15% annual performance-based bonus.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Full time hours

Location: Field Based (80%), you will be working from home every Friday

Role Summary:

Deliver sales growth by building as establishing relationships with existing and new customers. This is a remote role (1 day a week from home), and a monthly visit to the Birmingham based office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Identify new customers on board new customers.
  • Develop and build long term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • To identify 'added value' services for existing and prospect customers.
  • Support with business strategy.
  • To meet individual sales targets by creating sales pipeline.

Skills / Experience Required

  • Experience within a similar role - desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A conscientious and highly motivated self-starter with 'can do' attitude.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate level)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexibility: there will be a requirement to work away from home regularly (approx. 2 nights per week) which may also include non-standard hours
  • A full clean driving licence - essential
