- Remote – South of Birmingham based
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- £10,000 - £15,000 OTE per annum (Uncapped Commission)

- Conduct research into key industries to identify prospective customers and generate leads.
- Engage with leads via telephone, email and LinkedIn outreach to understand needs and qualify, with a view to scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead-generation campaigns.
- Updating the CRM system to keep detailed records of interactions and pipeline lead progress.
- Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to the sales team.
- Working towards monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales or business development related role.
- Experience within a SaaS/B2B environment would be preferrable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills to identify new leads and industry trends.
- Commercially minded, with an ability to qualify leads by using open questions to identify and uncover opportunities.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with key decision makers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic.
- Experience using CRM tools is desirable (preferably HubSpot).
