Are you a Regional Operations Manager or similar with sales coaching experience in a business to business environment, looking to join an international business with a billion pound turnover, where you can directly make an impact on the success of a rapidly growing franchise?
On offer is the opportunity to coach and mentor franchise owners as a the go to technical expert whilst receiving ongoing training and support from superiors.
In this role you will be involved in the hands on coaching and mentoring of a group of franchise owners with the aim of enabling their success and pushing for growth. This will include sales coaching, monitoring profit and loss and doing frequent franchise visits.

The Role
- Looking after a group of franchises
- Sales coaching / mentoring / profit and loss
- Frequent travel
- Remote based
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
