We are seeking a committed and experienced Building Services Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities, including overseeing security, janitorial, and maintenance services. If you are passionate about creating a positive and secure learning environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage security, janitorial, and cleaning services.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of the school site.
  • Monitor external contractors.
  • Ensure site security and respond to out-of-hours calls.
  • Supervise Assistant Building Supervisors.
  • Supervise cleaners and ensure work is completed to specification.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
